2024 Lenten Retreat Day
On Saturday, March 9, 2024 we had our Lenten Retreat Day for our Friends of Blessed M. Catherine. Our dear longtime friend, Fr. Mark Cavagnaro, gave us a beautiful and powerful reflection on The Temptations of Jesus and those in our own lives. This began our day. Then Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament was exposed and we had a time of adoration and quiet prayer while the sacrament of Reconciliation was made available to us as well. The morning culminated with the Holy Mass. We ended with a simple luncheon and fraternal sharing.
A huge thank you to everyone for contributing to the meal and for helping out in all ways including reading for the Mass.
